1. Ordering

The buyer must be over 18 years old. The orders are made in Fasetti webshop www.fasetti.fi or by e-mail. The order becomes binding as Fasetti has sent an order confirmation to the buyer. Fasetti has all the rights not to confirm the order if the item has already been sold or not available. In this case Fasetti will inform the buyer without delay and if the purchase has been paid already, reimburse the payment to the buyer.

All the items are sold ”as-is”, in the current condition they are. It is obvious that old furniture are not new and have patina and signs of use. Fasetti does not make any guarantee, warranty or representation to any item. If the buyer wants, restoration or modifying work can be done to the item for extra cost. Restoration work is done by the experienced carpenters or upholsterers of Fasetti the way they best see it to be done taking into the consideration the customers wishes (for the fabric or finishing for example).

 

2 . Prices and freight cost

The item prices are shown in the webshop www.fasetti.fi. The price does not include freight, custom duties, taxes or insurance. The freight cost abroad can be asked in info(@)fasetti.fi

 

3. Payment

The buyer shall pay the item(s) ordered and the freight cost before delivery. Fasetti will not send goods until the payment is settled. The payment is settled through the webshop payment options or invoice sent to to buyers e-mail.

 

4. Delivery time and methods

The delivery time depends on the destination. Fasetti will inform the customer of the estimated shipping date. Deliveries in Finland are operated by post, bus-transport or Fasetti (to Helsinki surroundins) and deliveries abroad are sent by land or sea freight. Fasetti packs the goods carefully but can not guarantee safe delivery. In case of any damage the buyer must inform the freight company immediately when the goods are received and inform Fasetti without delay.

 

5. Cancel of order

The buyer can cancel the order before Fasetti has started to operate packing or shipping for the item. The cancellation can be done by email.

 

6. Returning the goods

In Finland customer can return the goods within 14 days of receiving it. The customer has to inform Fasetti about the returning within 14 days. However returning is not possible for goods that have been restorated or modified in any way or bespoke furniture. The customer has to pay all the freight costs caused by returning. The customer has to arrange the returning freight himself. After Fasetti has received the returned item and seen it is in the same condition it used to be, Fasetti will charge the freigtht cost and reimburse the rest of the payment to the customer.

 

7. Complaints

The buyer must as soon as possible, or at least within 7 days, to inform Fasetti if the buyer has received a wrong item.

 

8. Force Majeure     

Fasetti company is not obligable in any way to perform the contract between buyer and Fasetti in forje majeure cases. A force majeure can mean operations by authoroties, fire, war or a threat of a war, rebellions, riots, interference in IT-network or any other cause that Fasetti can not effect on.

 

9. Dispute settlement

Disputes relating to this contractual relationship is governed by Finnish law.
